Refund policy

**NOTICE**

Due to the nature of the giveaway and in an effort to reduce fraud; WE HAVE A GENERAL NO RETURN/ NO REFUND POLICY. Some items may be eligible for an exchange in cases such as: incorrect size or manufacturing defects. Some items may also be marked as “Final sale” or “All sales final” meaning they are not eligible for returns/refunds/exchanges.  

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, and/or order number.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

All returns/refunds/exchanges are at the sole discretion of the sponsor.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions; non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable items:
As stated above; certain types of items cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged. These items will be marked as “Final sale” or “All sales final”. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Please contact us if you feel you need to exchange an item.

Refunds
Should a refund be deemed necessary; you will void all entries received for that item(s) and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
