LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:

Variari Sweepstakes and its sponsor are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. 

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping time ranges from 3-10 days (digital downloads deliver almost instantly). *Note this does not include the 1-3 day(s) for processing time.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

In most cases, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Some orders, like sticker orders, may not be eligible for tracking information.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

DO SHIPPING COSTS COUNT FOR ENTRIES?

No, as stated in the official rules shipping costs do not earn entries. Nor do tax costs.
